SELLER

ORDERING

Adding a piece to the cart is not an order. The order is placed when you press the button marked PAY NOW at checkout: that button means an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

PREORDER

Pieces marked PREORDER are made against demand. You are charged in full at checkout. The delivery window is stated on the product page and in your order confirmation. You can cancel a preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund. If a piece does not reach its production minimum, we cancel that preorder, tell you by email and refund it in full within 14 days. The final product may vary slightly from images.

DELIVERY

To the address you give at checkout. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you appoint, receive the piece.

WITHDRAWAL — 14 DAYS

You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Use the WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT function in the footer, or email us. Details, return address and refunds: see the Refund Policy.

GUARANTEE

The statutory guarantee applies: minimum two years in the EU, three years in Spain.

LIABILITY

Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under EU or Spanish law.

LAW

Spanish law and EU consumer law. Disputes: the courts of your place of residence in the EU. You may also use any alternative dispute resolution body we are bound by; we will tell you which, if any, on request.
