WHAT IS A PREORDER

You order first. We produce against what was ordered. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

WHEN DO I PAY

At checkout, in full. The amount is what you see before you press PAY NOW.

WHEN DOES IT SHIP

Within the delivery window stated on the product page and in your order confirmation. You get an email with tracking when it leaves.

CAN I CANCEL

Yes. Any time before it ships: full refund. After delivery: 14 days to withdraw, no reason needed. Use WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT in the footer.

WHAT IF A PIECE DOES NOT REACH ITS MINIMUM

We cancel that preorder, tell you by email and refund it in full within 14 days. You never carry that risk.

WILL IT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES

Close. Final product may vary slightly from images: light, drape, the way a wash lands. Not material, not construction.

SIZES

The size chart on each product page. If it says pending, the piece is not yet on sale.
