RETURNS — 14 DAYS (EU)

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 9). Pieces must be unworn, with tags, in their original packaging.

To withdraw, use the WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT function in the footer or email [CONTACT EMAIL]. We acknowledge receipt by email without delay.

Send the piece back within 14 days of your notice to: [RETURN ADDRESS]. Return shipping is at your cost unless the piece is faulty or not as described.

We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the piece back (or proof that you sent it), to the original payment method.

PREORDER

Preorders are charged in full at checkout. The delivery window is stated on each product page. You can cancel a preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund; after delivery, the 14-day withdrawal period applies.

If a piece does not reach its production minimum, we cancel that preorder, tell you by email and refund it in full within 14 days.

FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED

The statutory guarantee applies (minimum two years in the EU; three years in Spain). Email us with your order number and photos. Repair, replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

NOT RETURNABLE

Pieces that have been worn, washed or altered, unless faulty.
