Withdraw from Contract

You can withdraw from a contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). Preorders can be cancelled at any time before they ship.

Two steps. First confirm that you want to withdraw. Then tell us who you are and which order. We acknowledge receipt by email without delay, and refund within 14 days of getting the piece back (or proof that you sent it).
